The commitee helped usher in the lightbulbs 103rd year at Stonyridge Winery in Livermore. All but Tom Bramell was there to celebrate, and Livermore's City Manager, Linda Barton, joined us. As Lynn demonstrates below, his t-shirt hasn't faded, nor the bulb gone dim since our last meal. Keep on glowing Bulb! |

The commitee helped usher in the lightbulbs 105rd year at Stonyridge Winery in Livermore. About half the old committe were able to join us, and a guest of Barry Schrader, Fred Dickey, former editor of the Herald, joined us. A special invititation went out to Don Peters, of the LPFD, who investigated, found, and installed our new "Bulbcam". Many old stories were shared, and several new ideas kicked around, With any luck in 2007 we'll have another city wide party! |

The commitee helped usher in 2007, by watching the lightbulbs
100th Birthday from 2001. About half the old committe were able
to join us,spouses, and friends. Pictured above are; A special invitation went out to Don Peters of the LPFD, who joined us. (Don investigated, found, and installed our new "Bulbcam"). And a very special guest Chief Kirby Slate, the fireman who was interviewed by Charles Kuralt in 1972, and oversaw the move to Station 6 in 1976, (actually carried it on the ride). To those who couldn't make it, you were missed. Barry Schrader, Chief Stewart Gary, Chief Tom Brammel, and Scott Wilson of LLNL. Many old stories were shared, and several new ideas kicked around.
